Development and dynamisation of clusters, consortia and cooperation projects.

According to Michael E. Porter’s definition, a cluster is “A group of firms and supporting institutions concentrated in a territory that compete in the same business and share common characteristics and complementarities”.

Practical Team has relevant experience in collaborative, consortial and clustering models used by SMEs as a strategic tool for growth and development:

  • Share knowledge, experiences and concerns about business areas.
  • To promote the national and international presence of companies and their commercial activity.
  • Optimise the resources available in the different areas of the companies.
  • Acting jointly before administrations, clients or other stakeholders, with the aim of applying for grants and subsidies or jointly applying for administrative concessions or supply contracts, among others.
